     Eliza Trefusis was born on 24 January 1738.1 She was the daughter of Robert Trefusis and Elizabeth Affleck.2 She married Sir Herbert Mackworth, 1st Bt., son of Herbert Mackworth and Hon. Juliana Digby, in 1759.1 She died on 19 December 1799 at age 61.1
     From 1759, her married name became Mackworth.

     Sir Robert Humphrey Mackworth, 2nd Bt. was born on 16 November 1764.1 He was the son of Sir Herbert Mackworth, 1st Bt. and Eliza Trefusis.2 He married Molly Anne Myers, daughter of Nathaniel Myers, on 6 December 1792.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Mackworth, of the Gnoll, Glamorgan [G.B., 1776] on 25 October 1791.1 He was without issue on 13 September 1795.1 He left The Gnoll Castle and other estates to his widow.1

     Molly Anne Myers was born in 1768.2 She was the daughter of Nathaniel Myers.3 She married, firstly, Sir Robert Humphrey Mackworth, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Herbert Mackworth, 1st Bt. and Eliza Trefusis, on 6 December 1792.1 She married, secondly, Capel Hanbury-Leigh, son of John Hanbury and Jane Rachel Lewis, on 14 September 1797.3,2 She died on 27 June 1846, without issue.1
     From 6 December 1792, her married name became Mackworth. From 14 September 1797, her married name became Hanbury-Leigh.3,2

     Sir Digby Mackworth, 3rd Bt. was born on 14 May 1766.1 He was the son of Sir Herbert Mackworth, 1st Bt. and Eliza Trefusis.2 He married, firstly, Jane Deere, daughter of Reverend Matthew Deere and Margaret Maddocks, in 1788.1 He married, secondly, Philippa Affleck, daughter of Reverend James Affleck and Mary Proctor, on 10 July 1821.1 He died on 2 May 1838 at age 71.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Mackworth, of the Gnoll, Glamorgan [G.B., 1776] on 13 September 1795.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1798 in the Oxford City Loyal Volunteers.1 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1799 with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel between 1803 and 1804 in the Oxford City Loyal Volunteers.1 He lived at Glen Usk, Monmouthshire, Wales.1

     Jane Deere was the daughter of Reverend Matthew Deere and Margaret Maddocks.1 She married Sir Digby Mackworth, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Herbert Mackworth, 1st Bt. and Eliza Trefusis, in 1788.1 She died on 11 January 1808.1
     Daughter and coheir of Anthony Maddocks.1 Glamorgan.1 Only daughter and heir of Rev Matthew Deere by Margaret.1 From 1788, her married name became Mackworth.

     Sir Digby Mackworth, 4th Bt. was born on 13 June 1789.1 He was the son of Sir Digby Mackworth, 3rd Bt. and Jane Deere.2 He married, firstly, Marie Alexandrine Ignatie Julie de Richepance Richepance, daughter of General Baron unknown de Richepance, on 16 September 1816.1 He married, secondly, Sophia Noel Mann, daughter of James Mann and Lucy Mann, on 3 April 1823.1 He died on 23 December 1852 at age 63.1
     He fought in the Peninsular Wars.1 He fought in the Battle of Waterloo.1 He retired from the military, with the rank of Colonel.1 He was appointed Knight, Hanoverian Order (K.H.) in 1832.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Mackworth, of the Gnoll, Glamorgan [G.B., 1776] on 2 May 1838.1

Herbert Mackworth1

     Herbert Mackworth was born on 1 October 1791.1 He was the son of Sir Digby Mackworth, 3rd Bt. and Jane Deere.2 He married Jessie Anderson, daughter of James Anderson, on 2 June 1821.1 He died on 17 March 1848 at age 56.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Navy.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Trinidad, West Indies.1
