Henry Tracy, 8th Viscount Tracy of Rathcoole was born /3 on 25 January 1732.2 He was born on 25 January 1732.1 He was the son of Thomas Charles Tracy, 5th Viscount Tracy of Rathcoole and Frances Pakington.1,3 He married Susannah Weaver, daughter of Anthony Weaver, on 12 December 1767.2 He died on 29 April 1797 at age 65, when his titles expired without male issue.2
He was Lieutenant 7th Foot (Roy Fus) 1757, Captain 98th Foot 1760–63 Fus 1757.2 8th and last BARON and VISCOUNT TRACY OF RATHCOOLE.2 He was educated Abingdon GS.2 He gained the title of 8th Viscount Tracy of Rathcoole.1 He was also known as Henry Leigh Tracy.2
