     Fanny Knight was the daughter of Major Philip Henry Knight.1 She married Charles Cecil Howard Gore, son of Augustus Wentworth Gore and Emily Anne Curzon, in 1897.1 She died on 4 September 1957.1
     From 1897, her married name became Gore.1

     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of officer in the 79th Queens Own Cameron Highlanders.1 He fought in the Battle of the Aisne in September 1914.1
