     Dan Stuart Mackinnon was born on 16 June 1923.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Lachlan Donald Ian Mackinnon and Imogen Lorna Sayers Lee.2 He died on 4 March 1947 at age 23 at Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, as result of a flying accident.1,3 He was buried at Sri Lanka.1
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Darmouth, Devon, England.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Fleet Air Arm, Royal Navy.1

     Lorna Fynvola Mackinnon was born on 19 September 1913.1 She is the daughter of Vice-Admiral Lachlan Donald Ian Mackinnon and Imogen Lorna Sayers Lee.2 She married Captain Ughtred Henry Ramsden James, son of Colonel Bernard Ramsden James and Hon. Angela Mary Kay-Shuttleworth, on 26 August 1931.1
     Lorna Fynvola Mackinnon usually went by her middle name of Fynvola.1 From 26 August 1931, her married name became James. She lived in 2003 at 10 Batchworth Lane, Northwood, London, England.1

     Captain Ughtred Henry Ramsden James was born on 2 June 1902.2 He was the son of Colonel Bernard Ramsden James and Hon. Angela Mary Kay-Shuttleworth.3,2 He was baptised on 29 June 1902 at Leavesden, Hertfordshire, England.2 He married Lorna Fynvola Mackinnon, daughter of Vice-Admiral Lachlan Donald Ian Mackinnon and Imogen Lorna Sayers Lee, on 26 August 1931.1 He died in 1989 at Bristol, England.2
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, England.4 He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, England.4 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945, where he was mentioned in dispatches.4 He fought in the Korean War in 1950.4 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1950.1 He retired from the military in 1955, with the rank of Captain, late of the Royal Navy.1

     Mavis Ione Mackinnon was born on 21 December 1915.1 She was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Lachlan Donald Ian Mackinnon and Imogen Lorna Sayers Lee.2 She married Commander Geoffrey Russell Carver, son of Ralph Sydney Carver, on 27 June 1936.1 She died on 30 October 2019 at age 103.3
     Mavis Ione Mackinnon usually went by her middle name of Ione.1 From 27 June 1936, her married name became Carver.
