     Colonel Walter Richard Lascelles was born on 30 October 1837. He was the son of Hon. Arthur Lascelles and Caroline Frances Brooke.2 He married Ellen Sivewright, daughter of Charles Kane Sivewright, on 6 June 1861.2 He died on 23 May 1906 at age 68.2
     Colonel Walter Richard Lascelles gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Rifle Brigade.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Norley, Cheshire, England.1
