     John Mackenzie was the son of John Mackenzie of Torridon and Anne Isabella van Dam.2 He married Katherine Yallop.1 He died in 1852, without issue.1
     He sold Torridon to J A Stewart Mackenzie of Seaforth.1

     Reverend Charles Mackenzie was born on 28 February 1807.1 He was the son of John Mackenzie of Torridon and Anne Isabella van Dam.2 He married Henrietta Simonds, daughter of Henry Simonds, on 9 July 1832.1 He died in April 1888 at age 81.1
     He was Rector at Allhallows, London, England.1 He held the office of Prebendary of St. Paul's.1

     Henrietta Simonds was born in 1814.2 She was the daughter of Henry Simonds.3 She married Reverend Charles Mackenzie, son of John Mackenzie of Torridon and Anne Isabella van Dam, on 9 July 1832.1 She died in 1895.1
     From 9 July 1832, her married name became Mackenzie.

     John Wrottesley, 2nd Baron Wrottesley was born on 5 August 1798.1 He was the son of John Wrottesley, 1st Baron Wrottesley and Lady Caroline Bennet.1 He married Sophia Elizabeth Giffard, daughter of Thomas Giffard, on 28 July 1821.1 He died on 27 October 1867 at age 69.1
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1819 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was founder of the Royal Astronomical Society in 1820.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1823 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Secretary of the Royal Astronomical Society between 1831 and 1841.1 He was awarded the Gold Medal of the Royal Astronomical Society in 1839.1 He held the office of President of the Royal Astronomical Society between 1841 and 1843.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Wrottesley, of Wrottesley, co.      From 7 January 1873, her married name became Mackenzie.
