Henry Curzon-Howe was born on 29 October 1899.1 He was the son of Henry Curzon and Ellen Hibberd.1 He married Florence Jane Skinner, daughter of Charles Stanley Skinner, in 1940.1 He died in 1985, without issue.1
Henry Curzon-Howe was baptised with the name of Henry Curzon.1 He was educated at Midhurst Grammar School, Midhurst, Sussex, England.1 He gained the rank of Corporal in the service of the Royal Air Force.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Sergeant in the service of the Royal Marines Police.1 On 1949 his name was legally changed to Henry Curzon-Howe.1 He was a schoolmaster.1
