     Sir Thomas Lighton, 1st Bt. was the son of John Lighton and Elizabeth Walker.² He married Anne Pollock, daughter of William Pollock, on 11 December 1777.¹ He died on 27 April 1805.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹ He lived at Merville, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of County Dublin in 1790.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Lighton, of Merville, co. Dublin [Ireland] on 1 March 1791.¹

     William Pollock lived at Strabane, County Tyrone, Ireland.¹

     Anne Pollock was the daughter of William Pollock.² She married Sir Thomas Lighton, 1st Bt., son of John Lighton and Elizabeth Walker, on 11 December 1777.¹ She died in 1804.¹
     From 11 December 1777, her married name became Lighton.

     Sir Thomas Lighton, 2nd Bt. was born on 19 May 1787.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Lighton, 1st Bt. and Anne Pollock.² He married Sylvia Brandon, daughter of John Brandon, on 14 December 1811.¹ He died on 11 May 1816 at age 28.¹
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Lighton, of Merville, co. Dublin [I., 1791] on 27 April 1805.¹

     Sylvia Brandon is the daughter of John Brandon.² She married Sir Thomas Lighton, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Lighton, 1st Bt. and Anne Pollock, on 14 December 1811.¹
     From 14 December 1811, her married name became Lighton.

     Sir Thomas Lighton, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Lighton, 2nd Bt. and Sylvia Brandon.² He died in 1817, in infancy.¹
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Lighton, of Merville, co. Dublin [I., 1791] on 11 May 1816.¹

     Reverend Sir John Lighton, 4th Bt. was born on 1 January 1792.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Lighton, 1st Bt. and Anne Pollock.² He married Mary Hamilton Pemberton, daughter of Christopher Robert Pemberton and Eleanora Hamilton, on 23 January 1817.¹ He died on 5 April 1827 at age 35.¹
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Lighton, of Merville, co. Dublin [I., 1791] in 1817.¹ He was Rector at Donoughmore, County Donegal, Ireland.¹

     Elizabeth Lighton is the daughter of Sir Thomas Lighton, 1st Bt. and Anne Pollock.² She married Sir Samuel Hayes, 2nd Bt.¹
     Her married name became Hayes.

     Frederick Brooksbank Bicknell married Mary Powys, daughter of Rev. Hon. Frederick Powys and Mary Gould, on 18 August 1836.¹ He died on 17 April 1851.¹
     He had four daughters.¹
