     Catherine Sophia Murray was born on 18 December 1841 at 28 Soho Square, London, England.1 She married William Henry Binny, son of William Scott Binny and Emma Mary Dyer, on 21 December 1857.1 She died on 9 October 1912 at age 70.1
      From 21 December 1857, her married name became Binny.1
