     Mary Emma Penelope Hughes was born in 1810 at Glamorgan, Wales.1 She was the daughter of Ulysses Hughes.1 She married Reverend Thomas Phillpotts, son of John Phillpotts and Sarah Chandler, on 8 February 1831 at St. MAtthew's Church, Brixton, London, England.1

Sir William Johnston of Caskieben, 5th Bt.1

     Sir William Johnston of Caskieben, 5th Bt. was born circa 1675.1 He was the son of John Johnston and Margaret Alexander.2 He married Jean Sandilands, daughter of James Sandilands of Craibston, on 8 January 1704.1 He died on 18 March 1750.1
     He was admitted to Advocate Aberdeen.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Johnston, of Caskieben [N.S., 1626] in November 1724.1 In 1725 he was insolvent and his property sold.1
