     Rupert William Nelson-Ward was born on 23 April 1869.¹ He was the son of Reverend Horatio Nelson Nelson-Ward and Elizabeth Martha Blandy.¹ He died on 17 May 1869.¹

     Mary Anne Symonds was born on 9 August 1808.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Symonds and Frances Gilbert.² She married Charles Ridpath Blandy, son of John Davis Blandy and Janet Burden, on 1 September 1835 at St. George the Martyr, Bloomsbury, London, England^G.¹ She died on 29 December 1891 at age 83 at Madeira, Portugal^G.¹
     From 1 September 1835, her married name became Blandy.¹

     Eliza Jennet Blandy was born on 31 July 1836.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Ridpath Blandy and Mary Anne Symonds.¹ She married, firstly, James Adam Gordon Duff on 6 June 1860.¹ She married, secondly, James Thomson Bottomley, son of William Bottomley and Anna Thomson, on 5 February 1883 at Childwell Church, Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.¹ She died on 6 May 1913 at age 76.¹
     From 6 June 1860, her married name became Duff.¹ From 5 February 1883, her married name became Bottomley.¹

     James Adam Gordon Duff married Eliza Jennet Blandy, daughter of Charles Ridpath Blandy and Mary Anne Symonds, on 6 June 1860.¹ He died in 1873.¹

     James Thomson Bottomley was born on 10 January 1845 at Fort Breda, County Down, Ireland.² He was the son of William Bottomley and Anna Thomson.^1,2 He married Annie ELizabeth Heap on 2 May 1872 at Holywood, Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland.² He married Eliza Jennet Blandy, daughter of Charles Ridpath Blandy and Mary Anne Symonds, on 5 February 1883 at Childwell Church, Liverpool, Lancashire, England^G.¹ He died circa 1926.¹
     He was Demonstrator of Experimental Physics between 1870 and 1899 at University of Glasgow, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland^G.¹

     Anna Thomson was born in 1820.¹ She was the daughter of James Thomson and Margaret Gardiner.² She married William Bottomley on 8 March 1844.¹ She died in 1857.¹
     From 8 March 1844, her married name became Bottomley.¹

     Maria Duff married Graham John Blandy, son of Charles Ridpath Blandy and Mary Anne Symonds, on 26 September 1876.¹
     From 26 September 1876, her married name became Blandy.¹

     Margarette Graham Blandy is the daughter of Graham John Blandy and Maria Duff.¹

     Margarette Faber was the daughter of August Faber.¹ She married John Burden Blandy, son of Charles Ridpath Blandy and Mary Anne Symonds, on 22 August 1865.¹ She died on 23 November 1877.¹
     From 22 August 1865, her married name became Blandy.¹

     Alice Gwendolen Davies-Berrington was born in 1859 at Oystermouth, Glamorgan, Wales.² She was the daughter of Arthur Vendigaid Davies-Berrington and Frances Lennox Heneage Lane.² She married John Burden Blandy, son of Charles Ridpath Blandy and Mary Anne Symonds, on 24 October 1882.¹ She died in 1929.²
     From 24 October 1882, her married name became Blandy.¹
