She is the daughter of Comte Maurice Marie Jean de Cossé-Brissac.¹ She married Friedrich Klaus Andreas Byloff.¹ She married Vincenz Karl Alfred Maria Michael Prinz von und zu Liechtenstein, son of Heinrich Karl Prinz von und zu Liechtenstein and Elisabeth Charlotte Erzherzogin von Österreich, on 5 March 1981 at Paris, France^G.

Hildegard and Michael Karl Alfred Maria Felix Moritz were also married in a religious ceremony on 8 February 1986 at Baden-Baden, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.

     Therese Prinzessin von und zu Liechtenstein was born on 22 February 1987. She is the daughter of Michael Karl Alfred Maria Felix Moritz Prinz von und zu Liechtenstein and Hildegard Peters.      Pieter Kenyon Fleming-Voltelyn van der Byl was born on 11 November 1923 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa.¹ He was the son of Major Pieter Voltelyn Graham van der Byl and Joyce Clare Fleming.¹ He married Charlotte Maria Benedikta Eleonore Adelheid Prinzessin von und zu Liechtenstein, daughter of Heinrich Karl Prinz von und zu Liechtenstein and Elisabeth Charlotte Erzherzogin von Österreich, on 31 August 1979 at Waldstein^G. He died on 15 November 1999 at age 76 at Caledon, Western Cape, South Africa.¹
     He was educated at Rondebosch, Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was educated at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He held the office of Minister of Defence [Rhodesia] between 1974 and 1979.¹
