     Sir Nicholas Folliott Douglas Powell, 4th Bt. was born on 17 July 1935.² He was the son of Sir Richard George Douglas Powell, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Josephine McMullen.² He married, firstly, Daphne Jean Errington, daughter of Major George Henry Errington and Margaret Kathleen Bushman, on 26 May 1960.² He and Daphne Jean Errington were divorced in 1987.² He married, secondly, Davina Hyacinthe Berners Allsopp, daughter of Michael Edward Ranulph Allsopp and Patricia Ann Berners, on 10 July 1987.¹ He died on 7 March 2019 at age 83.³
     He was educated at Gordonstoun School, Elgin, Morayshire, Scotland^G.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1953 and 1957 in the Welsh Guards.² He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Powell, of Wimpole Street, London [U.K., 1897] on 16 July 1980.² He lived at Hillside Estate, Bromley, Zimbabwe.²

     Jessica Elizabeth Berners Allsopp was born on 5 April 1960.¹ She is the daughter of Michael Edward Ranulph Allsopp and Patricia Ann Berners.² She married Hon. Edward Douglas Leigh-Pemberton, son of Robert Robin Leigh-Pemberton, Baron Kingsdown and Rosemary Davina Forbes, in 1984.¹
     From 1984, her married name became Leigh-Pemberton. She lived in 2003 at Longcot House, Longcot, Faringdon, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹

     He gained the rank of officer in 1920 in the Royal Navy.¹
