George Devereux, 13th Viscount Hereford1

     George Devereux, 13th Viscount Hereford was born on 25 April 1744.1 He was the son of Edward Devereux, 11th Viscount Hereford and Catherine Mytton.2 He married Marianna Devereux, daughter of George Devereux, on 15 December 1768.1 He died on 31 December 1804 at age 60.1
     He succeeded as the 13th Viscount Hereford [E., 1550] on 1 August 1783.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Devereux, of Castle Bromwich, co. Warwick [E., 1611] on 1 August 1783.1

Marianna Devereux1

     Marianna Devereux was the daughter of George Devereux.1 She married George Devereux, 13th Viscount Hereford, son of Edward Devereux, 11th Viscount Hereford and Catherine Mytton, on 15 December 1768.1 She died in 1811.1
     After her marriage, Marianna Devereux was styled as Viscountess Hereford on 1 August 1783.

     Frances Hagell Every was born on 13 December 1877.1 She was also reported to have been born on 13 February 1877.2 She was the daughter of Frederick Every and Henrietta Jeffreys.1 She died on 1 November 1948 at age 70.1

     Hon. Marianne Devereux was the daughter of George Devereux, 13th Viscount Hereford and Marianna Devereux.2 She married Maj.-Gen. Sir James Cockburn of Langton, 9th Bt., son of Sir James Cockburn of Langton, 8th Bt. and Augusta Anne Ayscough, on 14 October 1801.1 She died on 9 December 1847.1
     From 14 October 1801, her married name became Cockburn.

     Maj.-Gen. Sir James Cockburn of Langton, 9th Bt. was born on 21 March 1771.2 He was the son of Sir James Cockburn of Langton, 8th Bt. and Augusta Anne Ayscough.3 He married Hon. Marianne Devereux, daughter of George Devereux, 13th Viscount Hereford and Marianna Devereux, on 14 October 1801.1 He died on 26 February 1852 at age 80 at Portman Square, London, England.3,2 He was buried at Kensal Green Cemetery, London, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) in March 1852.2
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Cockburn, of Langton, co. Berwicks [N.S., 1627] on 26 July 1804.1 He held the office of Under-Secretary of State for War and Colonies in 1806.3 He held the office of Governor of Curaçoa between 1807 and 1811.3 He held the office of Governor of Bermuda between 1811 and 1819.4 He held the office of Knight Grand Cross, Hanoverian Order (G.C.H.)3 He graduated with a Doctor of Law (LL.D.)3 He held the office of Sheriff of Carmarthenshire in 1847.2

     Frances Elizabeth Cornewall was the daughter of Sir George Cornewall, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Cornewall.2 She married Henry Fleming Lea Devereux, 14th Viscount Hereford, son of George Devereux, 13th Viscount Hereford and Marianna Devereux, on 12 December 1805.1 She died on 20 February 1864.1
     After her marriage, Frances Elizabeth Cornewall was styled as Viscountess Hereford on 12 December 1805. From 12 December 1805, her married name became Devereux.
