     Sybil Ursula Head was the daughter of John Reginald Head and Sybil Goschen.1 She married Sir Edward Robert Micklem on 7 February 1922.1 She died on 22 September 1970.1
     Sybil Ursula Head usually went by her middle name of Ursula.1 From 7 February 1922, her married name became Micklem.
