     Sir John Guise, 1st Bt. was born in 1733.1 He was the son of Henry Guise and Mary Cooke.2 He married Elizabeth Wright, daughter of Thomas Wright, on 28 June 1770.1 He died on 2 May 1794.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal South Gloucestershire Militia.1 He was created 1st Baronet Guise, of Elmore Court, Gloucester [Great Britain] on 9 December 1783.1 He lived at Highnam, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1

     Mary Belasyse was the daughter of John Belasyse, 1st Baron Belasyse of Worlaby and Jane Boteler.1 She married Robert Constable, 3rd Viscount Dunbar, son of John Constable, 2nd Viscount of Dunbar and Lady Mary Brudenell, in 1672.1 She died in 1687.1
     From 1672, her married name became Constable.1

     Whiston Timothy Bristow was born on 3 May 1826.2 He was the son of Whiston Bristow and Judith McCleary.2 He was baptised on 27 June 1826.2 He married Ann Isabella Henderson in 1854 at Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland, England.1 He died in 1874.2
     In 1848 he was grated 20 guineas for helping to save the ship Ocean Monarch, when as a passenger, he helped save it from blowing by carrying up gunpoweder kegs from below.2

     Eleanor Guise was born in 1679.2 She was the daughter of Christopher Guise and Elizabeth Long.3 She married Robert Mann, son of John Mann and Mary Hinton, circa 12 July 1700 at Knightsbridge, London, England.1,2 She died on 16 September 1751 at Linton, Kent, England.2
     From circa 12 July 1700, her married name became Mann.
