     Thomas Baskerville Mynors was born on 10 December 1834.2 He was the son of Peter Rickards Mynors and Mary Elizabeth Halliday.2 He married Constance Mary Green-Price, daughter of Sir Richard Green-Price, 1st Bt. and Frances Milborough Dansey, on 1 August 1863.1 He died on 11 March 1906 at age 71, without issue.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Pontshony, Aberedw, Radnorshire, Wales.2
