     Louise de Brézé was born in 1518.1 She was the daughter of Louis de Brézé, Comte de Maulevrier and Diane de Poitiers, Duchesse de Valentinois.1 She married Claude de Guise, Duc d'Aumale, son of Claude de Lorraine, Duc de Guise and Antoinette de Bourbon, on 1 August 1547.1 She died in January 1577.1
     From 1 August 1547, her married name became de Guise.1
