     Sir Philip Alexander Waterlow, 4th Bt. was born on 17 March 1897.1 He was the son of Sir Edgar Lutwyche Waterlow, 3rd Bt. and Martha Carter.1,2 He married, firstly, Iris Gwendoline Butler, daughter of Charles Rupert Butler, on 6 January 1923.1 He and Iris Gwendoline Butler were divorced in 1937.1 He married, secondly, Annie Catherine Hay, daughter of John Hay, on 19 May 1937.1 He and Annie Catherine Hay were divorced in 1951 in a judicial separation.1 He married, thirdly, Gwendoline Florence Elizabeth Balanche, daughter of Leon Balanche, in 1972.1 He died on 18 July 1973 at age 76.1
