     John Hawkes Malone was born in 1912.¹ He was the son of Daniel James Malone and Katie Mary Balfe.¹ He married Vera Millicent Donald on 11 April 1942 at St. Mary's Cathedral, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.² He died on 1 May 1947.¹

     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Blackburn between 1853 and 1857.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 3rd Battalion, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lancashire.¹ He lived at The Chain, Preston, Lancashire, England.¹

     Mary Anne Valentine was the daughter of William Valentine.¹ She married Montague Joseph Feilden, son of Sir William Feilden, 1st Bt. and Mary Haughton Jackson, on 8 January 1846.¹ She died on 21 September 1859, without issue.¹
      From 8 January 1846, her married name became Feilden.

     Montague Leyland Feilden was born on 11 March 1867.¹ He was the son of Montague Joseph Feilden and Alice Thoume.² He married A. Woodland in 1891.¹ He died on 13 February 1900 at age 32, without issue.¹
