William Gordon is the son of Colonel George Gordon, 4th of Esslemont and 15th of Hallhead and Anne Baird.2
He gained the rank of Ensign in 1810.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1814 in the service of the 42nd Highlanders.1 He fought in the Napoleonic Wars.1 On 10 April 1814 at Toulouse, France, killed in action.1

George Gordon was born on 6 June 1796.1 He was the son of Colonel George Gordon, 4th of Esslemont and 15th of Hallhead and Anne Baird.2 He died on 9 December 1815 at age 19, aboard H.M.S. Hecate off Batavia, unmarried.1
He gained the rank of Midshipman in 1811 in the service of the Royal Navy.1

Henrietta Hope Napier is the daughter of Captain Hon. Charles Napier and Christian Hamilton.2 She married Colonel George Gordon, 4th of Esslemont and 15th of Hallhead, son of Robert Gordon, 3rd of Esslemont and 14th of Hallhead and Lady Henrietta Gordon, on 22 February 1807.1
