     Mary Anne Richards was the daughter of Theophilus Richards.1 She married Reverend Francis Pelly, son of Henry Hinde Pelly and Sally Hitchen, on 16 February 1813.1 She died on 5 November 1857.1
     From 16 February 1813, her married name became Pelly.1
