Sir Thomas Henry Elliott, 1st Bt. was born on 7 September 1854.1 He was the son of Thomas Henry Elliott and Mary Ann Worton.2 He married Ellen Rowe, daughter of James Rowe, on 30 June 1880.1 He died on 4 June 1926 at age 71.1
