Rolin in 1923 at Woolahra, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1 He died on 31 March 1972 at age 72 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.1
     Sir William Francis Langer Owen was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.).1
