     George Wilfrid Eden was educated Charterhouse.1 He was Brigadier Green Howards, served Waziristan (despatches) and WW II (wounded), Brigadier A/Q HQ Southern Cmd 1949–52, Dep Dir Movements War Office 1952–55, Dir Pioneers and Labour War Office 1955–57, Aide-de-Camp to HM THE QUEEN 1955–57, Colonel Gre in 1937.1 He was Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1952.1 He lived in 2003 at Norchard Farm, Stanton St Gabriel, Morcombelake, Bridport, Dorset.1
