Selina Anne Mary Eardley-Wilmot was the daughter of Sir John Eardley Eardley-Wilmot, 2nd Bt. and Eliza Martha Williams.2 She married, firstly, Captain St. Aubyn Henry Player on 19 April 1876.1 She and Captain St. Aubyn Henry Player were divorced on 26 October 1886.1 She married, secondly, Chaloner Chute Ellis on 18 November 1886.1 She died on 20 May 1922.1

Sir John Eardley-Wilmot, 4th Bt. was born on 14 October 1882.1 He was the son of Sir William Assheton Eardley-Wilmot, 3rd Bt. and Mary Watts-Russell.2 He married Amabel Chapman, daughter of Elverton R. Chapman, on 14 June 1916.1 He died on 9 February 1970 at age 87.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Eardley-Wilmot, of Berkswell Hall, co. Warwick [U.K., 1821] on 12 April 1896.1 He fought in the Boer War in 1902.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Rifle Brigade.1 He fought in the First World War in 1914, where he was wounded.1
