Cecil Charles van Notten-Pole was born on 12 December 1829 at Florence, Tuscany, ItalyG.2 He was the son of Sir Peter van Notten-Pole, 3rd Bt. and Lady Louisa Pery.3 He married Frances Anna Rice, daughter of Rev. Hon. Henry Rice and Emma Lowndes-Stone, on 23 April 1861.3 He died on 17 September 1876 at age 46, in the lifetime of the father.1 He was also reported to have died on 17 March 1876 at Great Rissington, EnglandG.2
