     Henry Charles Talbot Rice was born on 19 May 1862.1 He was the son of Rev. Hon. Henry Rice and Emma Lowndes-Stone.2 He married Cecil Mary Lloyd, daughter of Edward Lloyd and Rosabelle Susan Lloyd, on 9 November 1887.1 He died on 16 August 1931 at age 69.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment.1

     Major Harry Talbot Rice was born on 27 July 1889.1 He was the son of Henry Charles Talbot Rice and Cecil Mary Lloyd.2 He married Hon. Blanche Marion Devereux, daughter of Robert Charles Devereux, 17th Viscount Hereford and Ethel Mildred Shaw, on 12 July 1927.1 He died on 29 April 1948 at age 58.1
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He gained the rank of Major in the Welsh Guards.1 He was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)1
