     Charlotte Maria Hope was the daughter of Rear-Admiral Charles Hope and Anne Webley-Parry.2 She married Adam Alexander Duncan Dundas of Dundas, son of James Dundas of Dundas and Hon. Mary Tufton Duncan, on 25 March 1856.1 She died on 24 January 1905.1
     From 25 March 1856, her married name became Dundas.
