     Amelia Watts is the daughter of George Watts and Harriet Mackinnon.2,1 She married Thomas Exshaw, son of Rt. Hon. John Exshaw and Thomasine Haffield, on 26 September 1828.1
     From 26 September 1828, her married name became Exshaw.

William Smith was born on 14 December 1835 at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, ScotlandG.2 He was the son of William Smith and Sarah Wallis.2 He married Emma Corrie Crozier, daughter of Frank Henry Crozier and Harriet Burrard, on 17 February 1869 at St. James's, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, EnglandG.2 He died on 25 December 1922 at age 87 at Balcarres Cottage, Charlton Kings, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2
     He fought in the Indian Mutiny in 1857.3 He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Artillery.1
