Elizabeth Leonard was born circa 1838.1 She was the daughter of Patrick Leonard and Teresa Aungier.2,1 She married Hugh Cullen, son of Michael Cullen and Ellen Whelan, on 9 February 1858.1 She died on 12 January 1888.1

Reverend Michael Cullen was born on 23 May 1859.1 He was the son of Hugh Cullen and Elizabeth Leonard.2 He died on 20 February 1940 at age 80.1
He was educated at St. Francis Xavier's College, Liverpool, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Chaplain of the Forces between 1895 and 1900.1 He was Port Chaplain between 1903 and 1904 at MaltaG.1 He gained the rank of Chaplain of the Forces between 1915 and 1919.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1917.1 He was the Rector between 1922 and 1937 at Jesuit House, Dalkeith, Midlothian, ScotlandG.1

She took the religious name of Sister Mary of Charity. In 1916 at North William Street, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, she lost an eye while tending the injured during the East Rising.1 She was founder of the magazine Virgo Potens.1
