Beatrice Rose Maud Peel was born on 1 December 1861 at Gonda, India.1 She was the daughter of Major Robert Peel and Alexandrina Idonia Charlotte Susan Douglas-Hamilton.1 She married William Robert Steward, son of Charles Henry Steward and Sarah Jones, in 1885.1 She died on 3 September 1937 at age 75 at Auckland, New Zealand.1

William Johnson Brasier-Creagh was born in 1782.1 He was the son of Kilner Brooke Brasier and Mary Creagh.2 He died on 26 February 1827, unmarried.1
He was decorated with the award of the Gold Medal of the Turkish Government.1 He fought in the Netherlands Camapign in 1799.1 He fought in the Egyptian Campaign in 1801.1 He retired from the military in 1808, with the rank of Captain, late of the 27th Foot.1 He lived at Creagh Castle, County Cork, Ireland.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Cork.1
