Sir Gregory Osborne Page-Turner, 4th Bt. was born on 28 September 1785.2 He was the son of Sir Gregory Page-Turner, 3rd Bt. and Frances Howell.2 He married Helen Eliza Bayfield, daughter of John Wolsey Bayfield, on 28 April 1818.1 He died on 6 March 1848 at age 62.1
He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1805 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Turner, of Ambrosden, co. Oxford [G.B., 1733] on 4 January 1805.1 He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1809 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Bedfordshire in 1810.1 He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1818 with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)2

Helen Eliza Bayfield was the daughter of John Wolsey Bayfield.2 She married, firstly, Sir Gregory Osborne Page-Turner, 4th Bt., son of Sir Gregory Page-Turner, 3rd Bt. and Frances Howell, on 28 April 1818.1 She married, secondly, Joseph J. G. Cholmondeley on 15 August 1844.2 She died on 21 November 1858.2
From 28 April 1818, her married name became Page-Turner. From 15 August 1844, her married name became Cholmondeley.2

Helen Elizabeth Page-Turner was born on 6 February 1820.1 She was the daughter of Sir Gregory Osborne Page-Turner, 4th Bt. and Helen Eliza Bayfield.2 She married Reverend Charles Gulliver Fryer-Page on 22 August 1838.1 She died on 2 August 1884 at age 64, without issue.1
