     Reverend Francis Knyvett Leighton was born on 2 July 1806.² He was the son of Lt.-Col. Francis Knyvett Leighton and Hon. Louisa Anne St. Leger.² He married Catherine St. Leger, daughter of Ven. Hon. James St. Leger and Catherine Williams, on 23 February 1843.¹ He died on 13 October 1881 at age 75.¹
     He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ He held the office of Canon of Westminster.² He lived at Ballasley, Montgomeryshire, Wales.²

     Alexander Mitchell lived at Jarrow-on-Tyne, England^G.¹

     Sylvia Stephenson Mitchell is the daughter of Alexander Mitchell.² She married Algernon Edward St. Leger, 8th Viscount Doneraile, son of Richard William St. Leger and Matilda Emma Burroughs, on 27 November 1919.¹
     From 27 November 1919, her married name became St. Leger. After her marriage, Sylvia Stephenson Mitchell was styled as Viscountess Doneraile on 18 December 1956.

     Richard St. John St. Leger, 9th Viscount Doneraile was born on 29 October 1923.¹ He was the son of Algernon Edward St. Leger, 8th Viscount Doneraile and Sylvia Stephenson Mitchell.² He married Melva Jean Clifton, daughter of George W. Clifton, in 1945.¹ He died in 1983.¹
     He succeeded as the 9th Viscount Doneraile, of Doneraile, co. Cork [I., 1785] on 18 November 1957.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baron Doneraile, of Doneraile, co. Cork [I., 1776] on 18 November 1957.¹

     George W. Clifton lived at St. Louis, Missouri, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Melva Jean Clifton is the daughter of George W. Clifton.² She married Richard St. John St. Leger, 9th Viscount Doneraile, son of Algernon Edward St. Leger, 8th Viscount Doneraile and Sylvia Stephenson Mitchell, in 1945.¹
     From 1945, her married name became St. Leger. After her marriage, Melva Jean Clifton was styled as Viscountess Doneraile on 18 November 1957.

     Hon. David Hugh St. Leger was born on 3 November 1950.¹ He is the son of Richard St. John St. Leger, 9th Viscount Doneraile and Melva Jean Clifton.²
     He was educated at California State University, Long Beach, California, U.S.A.^G.¹ He was a communications and electronics engineer.¹

     Hon. Edward Hayes St. Leger was born on 1 August 1960.¹ He is the son of Richard St. John St. Leger, 9th Viscount Doneraile and Melva Jean Clifton.²
     He was educated at University of California, Riverside, California, U.S.A.^G.¹

     Hon. Elizabeth Adele St. Leger was born on 12 January 1953.¹ She is the daughter of Richard St. John St. Leger, 9th Viscount Doneraile and Melva Jean Clifton.²

     Hon. Karen Jean St. Leger was born on 6 October 1955.¹ She is the daughter of Richard St. John St. Leger, 9th Viscount Doneraile and Melva Jean Clifton.² She married Richard Lehman in 1977.¹ She and Richard Lehman were divorced in 1981.¹
