     Hon. Jennifer Mary Donaldson was born on 26 September 1948.1 She is the daughter of John Francis Donaldson, Baron Donaldson of Lymington and Dame Dorothy Mary Warwick.2 She married Michael Lodwig Williams, son of John Leslie Williams, in 1970.1
     From 1970, her married name became Williams. She was director of the Business Tax Division, Inland Revenue in 1998.1
