     James Charles Coffey was born on 24 December 1815.1 He was the son of Edmund Coffey and Phyllis O'Connell.2 He married Anna Maria Wilkinson, daughter of George Wilkinson, in 1841.1 He died on 31 July 1880 at age 64.1
     He was admitted to King's Inn in 1843 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He held the office of County Court Judge.1 He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1864.1

     Phillis Mary Coffey was born on 28 February 1858.1 She was the daughter of John William Coffey and Sydney Margaret Pearson.2,1 She married Sir John Vincent O'Neill Lentaigne, son of Rt. Hon. Sir John Francis O'Neill Lentaigne and Mary Magan, on 20 February 1882.1 She died on 12 December 1893 at age 35.1
     From 20 February 1882, her married name became Lentaigne.

     Rt. Hon. Sir John Francis O'Neill Lentaigne was born circa 1802.2 He married Mary Magan, daughter of Francis Magan and Margaret Strong Hussey, on 13 September 1841.3 He died on 12 November 1886.2 He was buried at Glasnevin Cemetery, Glasnevin, County Dublin, IrelandG.2
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)3 He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.3 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Monaghan in 1844.3 He was member of the Convicts Prisons Board of Ireland after 1854.2 He was Inspector-General of Prisons between 1854 and 1877.3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Monaghan.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He was president of the Statistical and Social Inquiry Society of Ireland.2 He was Commissioner of National Education.3 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Mongahan.3

     Sir John Vincent O'Neill Lentaigne was born on 19 July 1855.2 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir John Francis O'Neill Lentaigne and Mary Magan.2 He married Phillis Mary Coffey, daughter of John William Coffey and Sydney Margaret Pearson, on 20 February 1882.1 He died on 30 March 1915 at age 59.2
     He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland (F.R.C.S.I.)1 LKCQPI.1
