Dorothea Thusnelda Keown was born on 26 October 1856 at Aachen, Germany.2 She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Henry Keown and Dorothea Alexander.3,2 She married John Clark-Hall, son of James Johnston Clark and Frances Hall, in 1878.1 She died on 12 June 1936 at age 79 at 52 Grange Park, Ealing, London, England.2

Sir William Ovens Clark was born on 14 January 1849.1 He was the son of James Johnston Clark and Frances Hall.2 He married Florence Emily Lawrie, daughter of Robert Lawrie, on 16 February 1885.1 He died on 3 April 1937 at age 88.1
He was educated at Portora Royal School, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, IrelandG.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 He was joined in the Indian Civil Service in 1869.1 He was a practising Barrister-at-Law in 1881.1 He held the office of Chief Justice of the Chief Court [Punjab] between 1898 and 1910.1 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1903.1 He lived at Collingham Gardens, London, EnglandG.1 He had two sons and a daughter.1
