     Reverend Arthur Fynes-Clinton was born on 25 February 1878.1 He was the son of Reverend Osbert Fynes-Clinton and Louisa Lloyd.2 He married Louisa Caroline Hughes, daughter of Reverend William Hughes, on 14 January 1913.1 He died on 21 May 1961 at age 83, without issue.1
     Reverend Arthur Fynes-Clinton graduated from Lincoln College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1912 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He graduated from Lincoln College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1916 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was the Vicar in 1929 at St. Michael's, Walthamstow, Essex, England.1
