     Osbert Hendry Fynes-Clinton graduated from St. John's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1889 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He graduated from St. John's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Doctor of Literature (D.Litt.).3 He was Professor of French and Romance Philology at University College of Wales, Aberystywth, Cardiganshire, Wales.1
