     Marion Harte was the daughter of Mahony Harte.2 She married Robert John FitzGerald, son of Sir Peter George FitzGerald, 1st Bt. and Julia Hussey, in 1878.1 She died on 11 February 1928.1
     From 1878, her married name became FitzGerald. She was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1920.1

     Lt.-Col. Peter Francis FitzGerald was born on 22 September 1879.1 He was the son of Robert John FitzGerald and Marion Harte.2 He married Baroness Adrienne de Geer, daughter of Baron Gustave de Geer, on 14 April 1909.1 He died on 28 January 1968 at age 88.1
     Lt.-Col. Peter Francis FitzGerald usually went by his middle name of Francis.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1901, where he was mentioned in despatches and was wounded.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches four times, and was wounded again.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the King's Shropshire Light Infantry.1 He was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.1 He was decorated with the award of Order of the Crown of Belgium.1
