Mary Elizabeth Yarburgh is the daughter of George John Yarburgh and Mary Antonia Hilton.2 She married George William de Yarburgh-Bateson, 2nd Baron Deramore of Belvior, son of Sir Robert Bateson, 1st Bt. and Catherine Dickson, on 8 May 1862.1 She died on 22 October 1884.1

Richard Bateson was the son of Robert Bateson.2 He married, firstly, Sarah McClintock, daughter of John McClintock and Susannah Maria Chambers.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Harvey, daughter of Robert Harvey, on 16 October 1740.1 He died before 1767.1
He settled in Londonderry, and bought estates in Counties Antrim, Donegal and Tyrone.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Donegal in 1761.1
