Thomas Hardman Brereton was born on 23 January 1866.1 He is the son of Colonel Thomas Sadleir Brereton and Frances Gertrude Hardman.2 He married Avereena Maud Biggs, daughter of Samuel Dickson Biggs, on 13 June 1904.1 He died on 23 December 1952 at age 86,.1
