     Thomas Boylan was born in 1808.1 He is the son of Nicholas Boylan and Elizabeth Lenaghan.2 He married Charlotte Mary Thunder, daughter of MichaeI Thunder, in 1861.1 He died in 1872,.1
     Thomas Boylan held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Hilltown, Drogheda, County Meath, Ireland.1
