Sir Claude William Hedley Morrison-Bell, 2nd Bt.1

     Sir Claude William Hedley Morrison-Bell, 2nd Bt. was born on 5 May 1867.2 He was the son of Sir Charles William Morrison-Bell, 1st Bt. and Louisa Maria Dawes.2 He married Frances Isabel Logan, daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Atkinson Logan, on 11 November 1903.2 He died on 22 November 1943 at age 76.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He fought in the North-West Frontier between 1897 and 1898.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders (93rd Regiment).2 He fought in the First World War.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Morrison-Bell, of Otterburn Hall, Elsdon, Northumberland [U.K., 1905] on 21 October 1914.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) of Northumberland.2
