     Samuel Aylmer was the son of John Aylmer and Judith King.1 He married, firstly, Dorothy Hastings, daughter of Sir Edward Hastings and Barbara Devereux.1 He married, secondly, Ann Brabazon, daughter of Sir Edward Brabazon.1 He died on 12 January 1634 at Suffolk, England.1 He was buried at Claydon, England.1
     Samuel Aylmer lived at Akenham Hall, Suffolk, England.1
