     Edward BARING-GOULD was born on 21 July 1804.3 He was the son of William BARING-GOULD and Diana Amelia Sabine.2 He married, firstly, Sophia Charlotte Bond, daughter of Admiral Francis Godolphin Bond and Sophia Snow, on 10 May 1832.3 He married, secondly, Lavinia Maitland Snow, daughter of Thomas Snow, on 28 February 1865.3 He died on 26 May 1872 at age 67.3
     Edward BARING-GOULD gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Madras Light Cavalry.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.3 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon.3 He lived at Lew Trenchard, Devon, England.3

     William BARING-GOULD was born on 7 December 1805.1 He was the son of William BARING-GOULD and Diana Amelia Sabine.2 He married Maria Anne Leeson, daughter of Major Joseph Leeson.1 He died on 6 October 1839 at age 33 at India, without issue.1
     William BARING-GOULD gained the rank of Captain in the service of the East India Company Service.1
