     Peter Burke was born in 1756.1 He was the son of John Burke and Lucinda Plunkett.2 He married, firstly, Anne Dowdall, daughter of Matthew Dowdall and Bridget Barnewall, on 1 July 1785.1 He married, secondly, Clarinda Dolphin, daughter of Redmond Dolphin, on 26 July 1820.3 He died on 13 January 1836.3
     Peter Burke held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for King's County.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Tipperary.1 He lived at Mullingar, County Cork, Ireland.1 He lived at Elm Hall.1
