Sir James Houssemayne Du Boulay was born on 15 April 1868.1 He was the son of Reverend James Thomas Houssemayne Du Boulay and Alice Mead Cornish.1 He married Freda Elais Butts Howell, daughter of Alfred Howell, on 31 July 1901 at Weybridge, Surrey, England.1,2 He died on 26 November 1945 at age 77.1
