     Lt.-Cdr. Hugh Cecil Edmund Bulley was born in 1924.2 He was the son of John Ivo Bulley and Margaret Rosamira Morgan-Brown.1,2 He married Jean Miller, daughter of Lynden Roberts Miller and Lady Beatrix Patricia de la Poer Beresford, in 1956.1 He died on 6 January 2020.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.1
