Ralph de Cromwell, 3rd Lord Cromwell1

     Ralph de Cromwell, 3rd Lord Cromwell was born circa 1403.1 He was the son of Ralph de Cromwell, 2nd Lord Cromwell and Joan (?)2 He married Margaret Deincourt, daughter of Sir John Deincourt, 5th Lord Deincourt, before 4 July 1424.1 He died on 4 January 1454/55, without issue.1
     He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1422.1 He was a suspected Yorkist.1 He held the office of Lord High Treasurer between 1433 and 1443.1 He was Master of the King's Mews and Falcons in 1436.1 In 1440 he founded of the college of Tattershall and built the Castle there.1 On his death, the Barony fell into abeyance (according to later doctrine) between his two nieces and coheirs.1

Margaret Deincourt1

     Margaret Deincourt was the daughter of Sir John Deincourt, 5th Lord Deincourt.2 She married Ralph de Cromwell, 3rd Lord Cromwell, son of Ralph de Cromwell, 2nd Lord Cromwell and Joan (?), before 4 July 1424.1 She died on 15 September 1454, without issue.1
     From before 4 July 1424, her married name became de Cromwell.1
